Le Forum culturel de Beijing est organisé par le Bureau du Groupe dirigeant pour la construction de Beijing en tant que centre culturel national et le Département de la Communication du Comité du PCC pour la municipalité de Beijing, sous le haut patronage du Département de la Communication du Comité central du PCC et du Ministère de la Culture et du Tourisme et en association avec le Comité du PCC pour le district de Dongcheng et le Gouvernement populaire du district de Dongcheng. Créé en 2022, le Forum culturel de Beijing a pour thème permanent « Héritage, Innovation, Inspiration mutuelle », maintient un positionnement international et s'est imposé comme l'une des plateformes majeures au service du développement de la capitale dans la nouvelle ère.

As one of the activities of the 2025 Beijing Cultural Forum, from September 19th to 24th, more than 20 professional salons were held in various cultural spaces in Beijing.
Combined with the themes of the six parallel forums, professional salons focus on topics such as digital empowerment of cultural heritage, stimulation of cultural originality by science and technology, breaking the circle of audio-visual industry integration, improvement of public cultural quality by new science and technology, innovation and development of network culture, and respect for the diversity of civilizations, and pay extensive attention to frontier topics such as the international spread of intangible cultural heritage, the interpretation and exchange of cultural heritage values, and the systematic transformation of mainstream media by large models.
